After losing over half a million dollars on a single real estate investment and then having her business flipped upside down by the pandemic, Darlene Root saw that while her business was successful, her business model had some weaknesses she needed to address. 

So she dove in head first to identify and resolve these weaknesses, and in the process, realized that most of her problems came not from strategic mistakes, but rather, from self sabotage caused by her own mindset. And when she looked at other businesses run by peers and her coaching students, she saw the same pattern.

This inspired her to launch The REAL Mindset Method, where she now coaches students on how to develop the mindset needed to maximize their performance, impact, and wealth in their real estate investing business and in their life.
